  1. Dilute lemon juice in 8 oz of water – I would do 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp boiling water + rest cold water.
  2. Drink lemon water with a straw.
  3. Rinse your mouth right after drinking lemon water.
  4. Avoid brushing teeth for 60 minutes after.
  5. Use soft toothbrush and avoid aggressive brushing.

Here is a great tip! Do not throw out those lemon peels. You can freeze them to zest later or zest before squeezing the juice and freeze the zest. The peels are also great for cleaning your kitchen sink and refreshing the garbage disposal.
